Refund and Return Policy
This policy applies to orders placed within the United Kingdom. At Little Duck Bed, we want to ensure your shopping experience is as transparent as possible.
1. Return Period and Eligibility
In accordance with our Google Merchant Center settings, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition: The item must be in new condition, unworn or unused.
- Packaging: It must be in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or valid proof of purchase.
- Reason: We accept returns for both defective items and cases of remorse (non-defective items).
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@littleduckbed.co.uk
- Return Method: All returns must be completed via a designated drop-off point.
- Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return label (where applicable) and specific instructions on where to drop off your parcel.
- Note: Items sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Customised or personalised products.
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
- Sale items and Gift Cards.
5. Exchanges
The most efficient way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
- Processing Time: If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days.
- Method: The refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
